Does it happen everytime you start your computer? Did you try restart? Do you need logcmd to run, or can you live without it? Have you had a look at the event log in Administrative Tools, maybe the NTVDM failed for another reason all together?

Download MalwareBytes Anti-Malware (<a href="http://www.malwarebytes.org" rel="ugc">www.malwarebytes.org</a>) and scan with it. I am not sure what is causing logcmd.exe to error, but this scan should help. If this scan doesn't return anything, then scan with the online Kaspersky Scanner based at: <a href="http://www.kaspersky.co.uk/virusscanner" rel="ugc">http://www.kaspersky.co.uk/virusscanner</a><br />
