Load balancing Internet on a Snapgear 560 and Juniper SSG140

Hi- we use a proxy server that does Internet load balanced using Snapgear device which passes the traffic out to a SSG140 on two interfaces.

Sometimes when a user logs onto a SSL site like www.nbnz.co.nz while clicking different links, they find themselves back on to the logon page as if they never logged on and have to log back on. This does not happen on any other SSL website (so far). We also experience a similar issue with www.cricinfo.com when it takes a long time to download.

nslookup queries on both sites reveal they are using two servers which are perhaps load balanced. As we are load balanced at our end as well, we dont know if all this load-balancing is causing some issues!?

Is this something you have come across before or have any solution about?

Thanks
