SQL Instances not showing in Configuration Manager

I have 4 instances on SQL on the server but 2 (sharepoint and sbsmonitoring) are not showing in the configuration manager. I know I can restart them from management studio but it would be nice to see the id of the thread, as shown in the Configuration Manager, as I am having some memory problems with some the instances (as seen in the task manager). Thanks.

No just shows
[SERVERNAME]\BKUPEXEC
[SERVERNAME]\BBS
+ a bunch of network servers

but not
[SERVERNAME]\SHAREPOINT
[SERVERNAME]\SBSMONITORING
well in that case, I am sure those instance not available in your server as well as in any of the network server.

I can however open up management studio and connect to these instances. I am sure there must be some settings somewhere that are set to stop them appearing.
