I just upgraded my PC to Windows 7 RC and I need drivers for this graphics card ATI RADEON 9200SE 128MB, BUS 64 BIT, AGP 8X

I search the web and all I could find are drivers for Windows XP .

I need drivers compatible with Windows 7 or at least with Windows Vista... that are recognizabile by Win7..

If you can help with a way to make my graphics card drivers work with Win7 or Vista it would be appreciated. If you need more information please don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you very much.

you need the Catalyst Software Suite (package all included)
Acronis in Gartner 2019 MQ for datacenter backup

It is an honor to be featured in Gartner 2019 Magic Quadrant for Datacenter Backup and Recovery Solutions. Gartner’s MQ sets a high standard and earning a place on their grid is a great affirmation that Acronis is delivering on our mission to protect all data, apps, and systems.

I forgot to say that I needed for 32-bit OS, but I just changed your link ( http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_catalyst.aspx?driver=VideoCard/win7-32-suite ).

I've tried this suite but my card is not recognized... after installing and restarting it is still says "Standard VGA graphics card".. I should be Radeon 9200 SE..

I need to install manually a WDDM driver ???

I don't even know that this card supports DirectX higher than 9.0c.. because know DirectX11 is installed..

So I'm waiting for more suggestions. Thanks for now.

It must work. try first to uninstall the corrupt ati driver propelly. No WDM driver is only required to enable video capture, TV out and TV tuner features...

still the same result.. not identified...

I've tried all three from here.. http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_catalyst.aspx?p=win7/windows-7-32bit

I don't know what's the problem.. every time when I install it says "Installing ATI Catalyst Install Manager"... not even drivers.. or something..

I got some Win Vista RC1 drivers from Softpedia.. I must try them.

How can I find out if my motherboard supports other graphics cards.. e.g. for PCI ?

Currently I have 1 AGP slot and 5 PCI slots.. but I don't really know if those PCI slots are good for graphics cards ? Can you tell me if they're good ?

I'm thinking to buy the best AGP 8x card available if I can't use PCI slots for getting a new card..

Getting a Vista/W7 driver for a 9200SE will be a tall order, ATI stopped supporting cards earlier than 9500 with Catalyst 6x so although there are XP drivers for it there are no Vista drivers.

If you can identify your motherboard then we can tell you if the PCI slots would be any help but I suspect you will have to stick with an 8x AGP card with Vista/W7 support like a Radeon HD 2400 or even a 4650 or nVidia 7600.  You will be putting in a card that is faster than the rest of your PC though.

My motherboard model is this -> http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Spec.aspx?ClassValue=Motherboard&ProductID=1784&ProductName=GA-K8NS

Just did a BIOS update and I saw on the Gigabyte website that it has support only for AGP8x graphics.. so now I need suggestions for a good graphics card for AGP8x.

My PC specs are :

CPU : AMD Athlon 64 3000+ socket 754
RAM : 2 GB DDR400
