To debug in MS Office for Mac, I need ... what?

I'm looking at a job debugging some VBA macros.  But they're to run in MS Office for the Mac.

I believe my MSDN license will get MS Office for the Mac for me ... but will I need a Mac?  Would there be a VM available whereby I could simulate the Mac at a reasonable price?

Thanks!
