We have V4.5.0.55 platform 2.7.0.68 on our 8800 devices which should be the latest update supported in KSA. as for the blackberry enterprise manager we have the following version 4.1.6.9. <br />
I will check with the vendor for any known issues on the above versions. Kindly advice if you have any other recommendation.<br />

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;We have a Blackberry enterprise server installed and working fine with 8800 BB devices, recently we noticed that some of the BB users are receiving emails from our internal domain showing a different address on the BB devices while on outlook the sender address is correct this scenario appear whenever the last name of the sender is similar to another name in the &nbsp;active directory. It seams that BB device display the first address found in active directory.<br />

Do you have any clue on what it could be.<br />
