I have a user with a computer who is running the Citrix web client only.  How can I verify that Audio is enabled in the web client?  Is there a configuration file somewhere with this setting?

by default sound is enabled on the client and set to medium quality. To modify sound quality you would need to create a Citrix policy and apply it to the required servers. If you have not disabled audio in the ICA protocol the default settings will work for sound.

So there is no configuration file for the Citrix web client that can enable or disable audio on the client device, is that correct?

There is an option to disable sound in the users appsrv.ini file located in program files \citrix\icaweb32.

It is best practice to control this thru Citrix policies.  Who wants to figure out what has changed on a client if you have hundreds or thousands of clients?
