Messages to one Exchange mailbox not delivered - ndr generated.

We have one Exchange mailbox that is used to receive customer requests.  Suddenly this mailbox is not receiving any messages.  The message tracking log says that our server is receiving the messages and then generating NDR's.  We have tested from several different sources with the same results.  Please HELP!!!!!!

Couple of things to check.
1. Be sure that the primary SMTP setting on their exchange features in Active Directory has the correct email address.
2. Make sure the user can open webmail to the exchange and view all folders.
3. Check the mailbox quota to make sure that this user has not exceeded the amount of space.
What are the details on the NDR messages (error code, etc.)?
Another item to check is verify that message delivery restrictions were not set on the mailbox to refuse messages from being delivered to the mailbox

This mailbox has been working fine for several months.  Nothing has been changed on the server recently, so I doubt that is the problem but I will check.
Just post one of the NDR messages when you get a chance.  Thanks!

Hey guys i fixed the issue. It turns out the mailbox was full and was sending out NDR's
