Bluetooth on Lenovo SL500
Thanks to all in advance,
I have an SL500 Lenovo laptop right out of box runnin XPSP3 and bluetooth manager does not come up. BTHPROPS.CPL does not run. Wireless switch is on. I have reinstalled the bluetooth drivers, as well as the power management drivers with no luck. Device manager shows everything OK.
Anyone ever encounter this before? Any clues?
Thanks again

Are you able to open the bluetooth manager from control panel?

Sometimes it opens, sometimes it doesnt. Isnt detecting any devices though. And I have a blackberry nearby thats discovering on another machine.
If it is right of out the box, press Fn-F5. A black dialogue box comes up. Make sure Bluetooth is powered ON. This is different than the physical switch (at least on my T61). ... Thinkpads_User
