Forms Authentication Problem with LDAP Authentication, "Error Obtaining Group Names"
Hello,
Haviing some issues with my web application. First, I'm using the exact same MS Code that is frequently posted here and on Google (I'll post it again if you really like).
there are several domains in the AD here. I'm on the NAEAST domain and for anyone who authenticates site who is also on NAEAST, the system work flawlessly.
The issue is when people login from the NAWEST or EMEA domains, they get the following message: Error obtaining group names".
The question, why can't this happen from the other two AD domains?
I have Forms Authentication, Impersonation is "False" and anonymous is enabled.

It would help to see the code, or at least the bit that deals with getting group membership.
Are you using WindowsIdentity.Groups?
