Both of them provide a Rich-Client solution on web page. What are their Pros and Cons? When shall I choose ActiveX? and when shall I choose ClickOnce?

Hmmm...ActiveX is a COM component, and ClickOnce is a .NET deployment platform.  ActiveX requires registration in the Windows registry, and requires a few extra steps to create with .NET, since it isn't natively COM compatible.  ClickOnce has limitations, like it can't install COM components, but can install a .NET assembly without needing to register in the Windows registry.

I believe that you need to experiment with both options, so that you can see for yourself which one has the least amount of pain points.
