PrintUIEntry User Guide Not Reference

I would like to use the PrintUIEntry to install and remove printes from my network.  I reviewed the windows documentation but it appears to me as more of a reference and the runndll is not internatctive.  It does not provide error messages , etc.

I am not sure which flags have to be used together or what can be done alone. So I am looking for a helpful user guide.

Also, I want to configure all my machines to go from the desktop directly to the printer versus using a print server?  Any advice on this and what disadvantage this would be to do direct.
