PHP/MySQL Chat program

I am looking to add a chat program to a PHP/MySQL website. What are the best ones and does anyone have experience with any of them?

Features I would like:
 - Online/Offline mode
 - Multiple people on the inside able to take chats
 - Storing chats (Database I am using is MySQL)
 - An end user would not need to login, simply enter a name and start typing
 - Ability to monitor which URL the chat initiated from
 - Low memory/bandwidth

I am pretty technical so even bare bones code ones would be fine. I just would like recommendations on the best out there.

My system is Windows 2003 Server running PHP 5.2/Apache 2.2/MySQL 5.1.

Try this:

It has all the features you asked for (and more) and even though it's not free, it's really low cost. Well worth the small cost to spare the time it takes to create a system like this.

It looks like a good product, and what we are looking for, but I don't like the warning on the buy now page:

"NOTE: We are developing PHP Live! 4.0 that should be available sometime in 2009 (ETA in August). PHP Live! 4.0 will be a complete new system and there will be a discount to current clients. Purchase of the latest stable 3.3 is available with a significant price cut ($49.95), but support for 3.3 by email or phone will be very limited and you are purchasing the 3.3 "As Is". For documentation please visit here. When purchasing the discounted 3.3, you do understand that support for 3.3 will be limited. PHP Live! 3.3 and WinApp 3.0 are the latest stable versions."

They've pushed the 4.x release several times. I bought another 3.3 license (for a separate project) back in March when they were claiming 4.x would be out in April. Ultimately, I don't really care about 4.x since 3.3 does everything I need it to do.

I was going to wait until 4.0 got released or another solution was recommended... but I don't object to giving gr8gonzo the points...

PHP Live website now says "November 2009".

Not really a company I would want to do business with.
