Here is the Script to Export Information -
Running this script exports all users in the Export domain into a file named C:\Exportuser.ldf

ldifde -f c:\Exportuser.ldf -s SERVER_NAME -p subtree -r "(&(objectCategory=person)(objectClass=User)(givenname=*))" -l
"sAMAccountName,givenName,sn"

To Import Information Back to the New Domain make the appropriate changes to the OU name etc. by opening the ExportUser.LDF file in Notepad. When ready, just type the following command to Import.

Also Note - Because LDIFDE does not export passwords, when the users are imported into the directory, the account is disabled and the password is set to null. This is done for security reasons. Also, the account option "User must change password at next logon" is selected
ldifde -i -f C:\Exportuser.ldf -s Server2_Name

There was a TYPO in the export command above. Here it is again -
ldifde -f c:\Exportuser.ldf -s SERVER_NAME -p subtree -r "(&(objectCategory=person)(objectClass=User)(givenname=*))" -l "sAMAccountName,givenName,sn"
