Have changed all cartridges with OEM's.

941 - CM Toner supply failure - Toner sensor failure with Cyan or Magenta toner
942 -  YK Toner supply failure - Toner sensor failure with Yellow or Black toner

Check with your cartridge supplier.
This can also be because the cartridge is missing or has the wrong cartridge identifier chip installed.  The chip is located under the label describing the cartridge color (next to the barcode).  Remove the label and you'll find a small plastic panel that can be removed to access the chip.  It tells the printer which cartridge it is.  If the printer can't read the chip you'll get an error.

Bottom line is if this was working OK with Xerox cartridges your compatibles aren't as compatible as they are meant to be.
