Exchange 2003 email delay problem

I'm having a serious problem with our email. Somehow, it got stuck in "Messages awaiting directory lookup" folder. After couple hours, everything went away by itself. But I still don't receive all of email, just some of them. It looks like the emails sits in that queue and then disappear. Even when i send email within our domain, there's still about 30 minutes delay. I looked at Microsoft support site, but it doesn't apply to my situation:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;884996
Last week, I ran "Compress" disk on one of my hard drive which stores all the exchange logs (the reason I did that was because it was running out of space).
I see a couple of error in Event Viewer like MSExchangeTransport event ID 6006, 6008, 6010
Can someone help please?
Thanks,

ok, I figured it out. It was the Antigent software that was holding all email in its queue. Even though, I already disabled it 2 months ago, its services were still running after I rebooted the server. After removing Antigent completely, all emails starts coming thru.
