We have a Windows 2008 SBS server in place in our network which has Exchange 2007.  We have multiple domains set up and wish to be able to allow the users to specify what email address they send from i.e John Smith has his primary smtp address set as john.smith@domain1.com but from time to time he wants to send as john.smith@domain2.com.  This second email address is already added to the mailbox and the users can receive emails for the second domain

We don't want to have to set up a seperate mialbox for the different email address so can anyone advise how we can do this ?

Many thanks in advance

The only way to do this is to set up a ghost pop account in outlook.

It is not posible by design, but there is a workaround.

Check http://msexchangegeek.com/2009/06/19/using-secondary-email-address-to-send-emails-in-exchange-2007/

Another option is to use third party products like ChooseFrom
