C# Hardware Flow Control (COM)

I need to connect to a serial port with hardware flow control enabled. My hardware manufacturer has recommended I use Hardware Flow Control.

While, in my mother tongue of C I would know how to do this, I was hoping C# has made things little more friendly.

If anyone could help, all my manufacturer has told me is Hardware flow control, so I am assuming RTS

comPort.BaudRate = 115200;
comPort.DataBits = 8;
comPort.StopBits = (StopBits) 1;
comPort.Parity = Parity.None;
comPort.PortName = "COM4";
comPort.ReceivedBytesThreshold = 4;
