No DHCP Address through Wireless AP

I have 6 Engenious ECB-3220 AP's in a hotel situation. All six have a static IP address. I get a great signal and connect to the AP but no DHCP assigned address for the client PC. The DHCP server is my firewall/gateway. If I assign a static ip address to the PC, it works great and I can ping anything and surf fine. For some reason the AP will not pass thru the DHCP IP address to the clients.

are you sure your firewall is not blocking the dhcp
and do you have anything running like isa on the machine that is assigning the dhcp
are ALL APs in the same subnet?

Your DHCP server is your firewall. I assume it connects to a switch and from the switch all the APs are connected, right?

Do you get an IP if you connect a device to the switch?

K03RT, No DHCP Blocking, No ISA running.

ddiazp, All devices on the public side (see note) are on the same subnet.
Thats correct. The device being used as a firewall / DHCP SVR, in this case,  is a Motorola cable modem from the IPS. I came off that to a Netgear FS116 with POE for the AP's. All AP's are connected to the FS116. The Motorola device also has a wireless AP built in. Thats the only place you can get an IP consistantly. This configuration worked fine for about a year. Then something went wacky. I asked if anything had changed like a large AC unit or new lighting but nothing has changed. I was beginning to think it was the units, but all 6 at the same time??
NOTE: I came off the Motorola to a D-link unit and have the managers office and front desk on that as the private side of the network. It's on a seperate subnet and uses static IP's.

Try to clear the current cable modem dhcp leases. Perhaps it was configured with long or infinite leases and it ran out of addresses in the pool? Does dhcp work if you connect a pc to the netgear?

Yea, I checked that, the lease time is set for 1 hour. There are plenty addresses available.
When I'm onsite I plug into the Netgear and get an IP no problem.
If I remove the AP and plug the cable into my Laptop, I get an IP no problem so I'm sure it's not a distance from the switch issue.
