Creating a new database with SQL Server 2008 Express

I am new to MS SQL Server Express 2008 and have a couple of questions:

In my project - I wish to migrate my existing Access (MDB) database to SQL Server.  I have tried converting it using Microsoft Access, but its telling my cannot find database or not correct security settings.  Where can I go to change my password - When I installed I opted for windows authentication - I would imagine this would be windows username and password?

Secondly, I am looking for some code to create a new Sql Server database using the ADO Command object.

Finally, what is the easiest way to backup SQL Server Databases - Is there a way I can store all data within one file similar to MS Access databases?

Thanks for the help.

I'll answer what I know
- There are utilities - I'm sure some are freeware - that can convert an access database into SQL Database
- SQL Server has a backup utility, and yes your databases do have single-files, but I think the backup tools in SQL are recommended because you can do differential backups et c.

migrating an access database to an sql server is a very easy thing to do.
You do not convert it but just import it into SQL server.
You do all this in Access itself.Very easy really....
However there are some catches....Some field types might not convert properly so just check.Usually it goes off without problem. What version of Access do you have ?
Tools for backing up the sql server are found inside the sql server itself.
Very easy...
