I use Outlook 2007 and seem to have 3 folders named as Personal Folders.  Is there any way of merging all the contents into one Folder.  If Yes, please let me know the steps how to do it. Thanks.

You can manually select the folders and move the contents to the main PST parent with the same directory name.  This will copy the files across.

Right click the folders in turn and select move ...

As far as I know this is only possible by the use of third party software.

Also if you haven't already can you delete the duplicate question to avoid two threads running.

Another approach is to disconnect two of the PST files and then use Outlook's Import capability to import their contents into the remaining PST file.  The import feature has an option for avoiding duplicates.

I am referring to Crhsis Bottomley which seems to be a good option : I tried right clicking on the folder but there is no Move option.

Thank you, but mine screen shot does not have the Move feature. See below:.  Please note that I am using Microsoft Outlook and NOT Outlook Express. I am not sure whether there is any difference.  Thanks.

LOoking again ...

You are trying to move the PST not a sub folder of the PST and that's the reason.  The suggestion was about moving a folder off the PST not the PST level folder.  You may be better in this case to use Davids solution of disconnecting and using import to the one PST.
