I do a backup each day on our main databases in SQL Server. We have quite a few tables in each database and I need to know the syntax to restore just ONE specific table in a database that has been corrupted. I don't need to know how to restore the entire database, just one table.

Thanks so much in advance!!!!

You can't do this natively with SQL Server.  However ApexSQL.com has some nice tools that will do this for you.

you cannot.

you have to restore the entire database (to another name), and get the table back from there.

you cannot restore a table alone from the backup unless that table is part of a different filegroup. The only option you have is to restore the entire db and copy the table from the restored db
you can't do that. You'll have to restore the whole db somewhere else or restore it with different name and then copy the table, just like aneeshattingal had mentioned.

The only way you can restore just the table is if the table is in a separate filegroup, then you can restore just that filegroup
