I have a gigabit linksys/cisco switch SRW2016.  It does not have SNMP installed. I need this for monitoring purposes.  Does anyone know if i can install it somehow?  I've been to cisco/linksys's site and I can't find anything.

According to this manual it should be in the main menu:

If your switch does not have the feature then I would suggest upgrading the firmware. The most current version is 1.2.2b and you will need a cisco cco login to download the firmware.

Not much else I can offer for you, if the newest code from CIsco doesn't have it then I would call them.
