Group Views Is there a way to have them in outlook 2007?

Outlook 2007 - Exchange 2003 -
I would like to do the following. SInce we have 80 people in our office, there is now way for our receptionist to have 80 calendars opened in Outlook 2007. They simply will not fit and MS does not allow a horizontal scrolll. I tried using the GROUP function and this is pretty useless. If i put 20 people in our group and another 20 in a diferent group, there is no way to switch the views from one group to another, You would have to go in and check 20 calendars to view. Office productivity ??I dont think so. IF you have a work around for this and its Not the filter view (addin)which forces you to use categories please let me know. Thanks

Hi, tmandu.

Why does the receptionist need to see each person's calendar?  Also, does the receptionist already have access to everyone's calednar?  I might have a solution.

If a phone call or client comes in ,she has to be aware of where they are, in a meeting, at an outside appoint ment, etc. Bottom line she needs to know where eveyone is for many many reasons which I cant get intohere. Yes we have given her access to all calendars, they just wont fit on her screen..... and like i said the GROUP thing is totally useless. The ideal answer woudl for her to have everyones calendar and be able to have the window scroll horizontally so that she can quickly locate a persons calendar.

Thanks
