Attachments not showing in Outlook
When I receive a message with any attachments, I can see as much as 3 lines containing the file names of the attachments. However, one of my users only sees one full line of attachment names. The second line in only half visible, and then she has to scroll to see other attachment names. Please see attached image. This is for Outlook 2003, running on Windows XP. How can I resolve this issue please?

I have tried changing screen resolution, but couldn't resolve it. I think that I may have missed something...how would you propose I go about modifying the resolution please?

SysExpert, in response to your point above:
1) I modified screen resolution on my laptop to be same as hers, but mine still showed 3 lines of attachment names, for the same email message (i logged into my win XP computer using her windows login)
2) Are you both running Outlook in full screen mode ? The answer is no
3) Are either of you using preview panes ? If you're talking about reading panes, the answer is yes. we both use reading panes
Still havnt been able to figure out a solution yet.

I would do a screen shot of both and print them out, and then try to figure out if everything else is the same except the list of attachments, or are there other differences that may be set in the config options.

What config options could cause this problem please?
I hope this helps !
