I have a seperate mailbox which I have granted myself full access to.  When I create a seperate MS Outlook profile I can see the full contents of the Inbox; specifically the meeting invitiations.  The inbox shows 20 unread mailbox entries.  When I revert to my original MS Outlook profile and add the extra mailbox I show 20 unread mailbox entries but can only view recent email messages.  The older meeting invitiations are not visible despite ensuring filtering is OFF.

I'm not sure what version of Outlook you are using, but you can try clicking on View - Current View - and check that setting. Perhaps it is only set to view the last few days of email.

Try checking the AutoArchive settings under Tools - Options - Other tab, and see if it is set to a certain amount of days.

Not an archiving problem.  Both profiles show the same # of unread messages but the main profile only has 5 viewable.

Try the steps here and see if this helps:

You said that filtering is turned off so skip that step. Also skip the step I suggested in my first post.
In short, try resetting the current view and try step two.

No delegate assigned to this mailbox.  I sent a test meeting invitiation which successfully is visible in the mailbox from an int/ext account.  This allows me to narrow it down to the particular sender which is the same for all the previous meeting invitations.  They appear to be using Google Calendar with their gmail account
