That is a problem with the remote server. Nothing you can do about it. The recipient needs to fix it.

The only reference on the error message is my server - should i not have a reference to the server that has rejected the email?

Where am i going for these log files?
Is it - \exchange server\transport role\logs\routing
If so - how do i know which one you need?

Commented:
The NDR tells you the server that generated the NDR, not the server that rejected your message.
The message was rejected at the point of initial connection, which is the most efficient way of doing things, therefore forcing your server to generate the NDR.

The message is not an Exchange message.

Looking at logs is a waste of time, because the problem is NOT with your server.
