How can I publish XenApp to the Internet?
I am evaluating XenApp.
My lab is very simple, a single TS/XenApp server installed and working on the LAN. Users can either go to http://server1/citrix/xenapp website, logon and start their apps; or install the XenApp ICA client and run apps from desktop shortcuts, start menu etc.
I would like to publish the apps to mobile users on the Internet.
1. How do I publish the website http://server1/citrix/xenapp to our public IP address (via a NAT firewall)? I'm sure I will need to use http://server1.domain.co.uk for it to work. It looks as though I need to edit the 'secure client access' settings; but not sure.
2. Ditto for the ICA client.
Is it possible to arrange it so that laptop users go direct to the server when onsite, and go to the public IP address when out of the office?
At the moment, I want to keep the whole thing as simple as poss, and would like not to install any additional servers.
Thanks
Adrian

Doesn't have to be another server. That is just Best Practice. :) You can install CSG and WI on the same server as XenApp.

Ideally, I would not install another server - free or otherwise. Can I do what I want to do with what I have? Doesn't have to be SSL for now. Just port forwarding at the router if poss
