Outlook 2003 has encountered a problem and closes
Hello,
3 of our computers are having problems with the Outlook 2003 client (using POP3).
Would anyone know how we can resolved the Outlook 2003 has encountered a problem and needs to close due to faulting module msmapi32.dll?

Same issues running Outlook in safe mode. Will try re-install

Re-installed Outlook and got the same error after a few minutes of using it.
Any idea what this might be?

Scanpst found no errors. Issue resolved by creating a new outlook profile.
ASKER
I was able to rename it but it still opened with the same error
