Connectivity Problem in Total Space Security...!

Greetings!
our exchange server 2003 outlook clients are not able to connect & they are being asked user name & password to connect to exchange server into LAN.

 

Frequently users are disconnected & connected without the password.

 

The second thing I received one mail from KSE (See it below) regarding the licensing saying it found 62 Mail Boxes but we dont have 62 active mail boxes, we currently have only 50 active Mailboxes on our exchange server. Tell me how we can increase the no of protected mailboxes to 10% free as below mail says?

And we one one more problem with Kaspersky Security 5.5 For Microsoft Exchange server, after installing it on Exchange server 2003 I have noted that

No of process called OutProcAdapter.exe is taking too much of memory & the same process is shown 9 times in the task manager ( find the enclosed snap short)
Page file memory is increased up to 2.14 GB, which generally remains up to 950 MB  1 GB. ( find the enclosed snap short)
After installing Kaspersky Security 5.5 For Microsoft Exchange server I saw a pop-up Windows - Virual Memory Minimum Too Low - Your system is low on Virtual Memory. Windows is increasing the size of......! & widows automatically increase the size of VM. ( find the enclosed snap short)
Outlook users are frequently disconnected & being asked password.
 

When I disable the Kaspersky Security 5.5 For Microsoft Exchange server task manager stops the 9 process of Kaspersky & page file come down to 950 MB, but the connectivity problem remained same.
Any good suggestion from you experts.....!

The Version shown is 5.5.1388.0....I think it means it is updated.
And by the way where i can see the critical Fix updated version?

Sorry for late response..
I have done some testing and found the the process number in task manager depends on scanning threads and it seems the number of processes are set to about 2x the number of processors in the server. Go to the settings and change the number scanning threads.
