Outlook Script to Change Folder Permissions

Basically I need to write a script to create a folder in outlook named 'company files' and make it so that folder cannot be deleted.  I have been told that the best way to go about this is to create the folder as a system folder.  so far i have been able to create the folder by using the code below, but am having ALOT of trouble setting the folder permissions via script.

any help is greatly appreciated
