Crystal Reports XI Chart Title Issues

Hello! I have created a report within Crystal Developer XI. I have a bar graph which displays information over a specified time period. The chart title displays "Passing Percentage by Rule/Analysis Date". When I run the report in my client, the graph and the graph title display correctly. When I save the report out to the Crystal Enterprise Server, the words "Rule/Analysis" are overlapping each other, so you are not able to read the name of the graph. Also, the dates which are being displayed on the X-axis are being displayed incorrectly. For instance, if the date is "07/21/2009", then "/" in the date are overlapping on the numbers, so you can't read the dates very well. For both of these issues, I am using Times New Roman font. See attached file for a screen shot. Why is this happening, and what can I do to fix it? Please help!

Did the default printer change?

Crystal uses the printer driver when displaying the report.  If you change the printer then the display can change in the way you have mentioned.

You can instal the server default printer on your development machine then choose it for the report.

The default printer never changed. I've always used the same printer.

Is it available from the server?

Does the server have a default printer set?

The setting from the server was set to "Report file default". Yes you can change the printer setting to the default printer. The default printer is the printer at my desk because that is the default printer on my computer. I tried changing the setting to my default printer setting, but it did not change the way the report was being displayed.

I don't know.  That is generally the issue.

I have no clue why this is happening, but just for giggles try replacing the / with something else in the title and see that that does. E.g. leaving it out completely or putting a dash in.

If you just place a label field somewhere in the report (Chart area, detail area) with a / in, does it do the same?
