How to get a Performance Counter Alert to start after reboot (Windows 2008)

I have created a user defined Data Collector Set in Reliability & Performance monitor in Windows 2008 and I want this to automatically restart whenever the server is rebooted.

Any ideas? I was thinking maybe a schedule task, but I can't find any reference to how I can reference the Performance Counter object.

logman start "name of perf counter"

Use a batch file and use scheduled task to start it up after startup

or use a GPO startup script
