Password prompt
 Would return this for me. Since I have no followers
 <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>   <users type="array" />

You need curl
http://www.sakana.fr/blog/2007/03/18/scripting-twitter-with-curl/

That way you could put on you web page a selvol:password  http://twitter.com/statuses/followers/selvol.xml
 Or use a oauth/request_token
Here is the page explaining the above function.

The site you asked about has this in the html of the page.
<li class="tweets-feed"><div class="title"> feed:</div> <div class="content feed"><a  class='external'  href="https://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/54653766.rss"> RSS Feed</a></div></li>

So you would need to link into yor rss from twitter

HERE are THE HELP PAGE from twitter.

Is your site a WordPress site?

There are a handful of twitter plug-ins available:

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=twitter

Or, if not, a quick an easy way to accomplish this is through Twitter Widgets ...

http://twitter.com/widgets

Or if that's too widgety, http://www.twitterbuttons.com/ actually creates html for your site, along with adding a badge.
