If you upgraded from IE7 to IE, trying going in IE: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced...and hit the "Reset" button. Close out of IE and try printing your mail again.

I tried the Advanced...and hit the "Reset" button.  Close out of IE and tried printing from my outlook client, however the 1st page still was printing just the left half of the page.

If you print that same mail from a system with IE7 on it...do you have the same problem? Or if you print the mail from another system that also has IE8 on it...? Trying to see if the problem is with IE or not...or if we need to move on and look at Outlook.

Originally Started on IE7 then upgraded to IE8 and XP SP3 to see if it would correct.  Neither helped correct the issue.  The html emails print perfectly on like system with the same software, so it is machine specific.
Can you print other html emails correctly? Or is it just this specific email?

Commented:
Any html email on this system will do exactly the same half page printing.
Just trying to eliminate all other possibilities... is the issue with the computer or printer (can you print to another printer ok?)

This is a computer issue does the same thing to multiple printers, however exactly configured computers do not.  I think the only solution is to reimage the OS and start over.

Had to reinstall OS to correct the problem.
