Horde Webmail Runs Quite Slow
As a server maintenance engineer, what would the normal process be for researching why an application such as Horde webmail on my dedicated-virtual server (like this one: http://mediatemple.net/webhosting/dv/) runs slowly and how could I fix it?

How actually you definning running slowly ??

that site opens in reasonable time in my pc

what about your other web page, does they open quickly [ to me it seems allriht] ??

Since its a  webpage, then you need to find out what about bandwidth ..if you have enough bandwith to run web site ..then
what about apache setting..

By running slowly, I mean it takes pages a long time to display.

The site is:
http://www.emarketbuilders.com/

The site runs quickly enough; it's however, the webmail that runs slowly. This seems to have happened after I've made use of Horde's Filters... The filters load when the page loads (which may explain why they're slow to display). How can I fix this, do you think?

Ok so you saying after adding filter , its takes times to load HOrde ..., ( if its horde problem then i would not be able to help you becuse i never use horde)

but i was doing some speed test from this site

http://www.iwebtool.com/speed_test

your site site :http://www.emarketbuilders.com/ and  mediatemple.net/webhosting/dv

1      www.emarketbuilders.com      13.3 KB      0.6 seconds      0.04 seconds
2      mediatemple.net/webhosting/dv      11.03 KB      0.69 seconds      0.06 seconds

They are of similar speed; so it must be just the application that's slow, not my server, huh?
