Can't remote desktop through SonicWALL

We have a SonicWALL TZ-170 and use remote desktop through it. This has been working for 2 years now and all the sudden, it quit! I can STILL get to the server remotely, but not to my workstation! I am using port 8038 externally to port 8038 internally. I changed the RDP listening port on the workstation to 8038. I have verified that NO firewall is running on the workstation.

Internally, while on the LAN, I can connect to the workstation using port 8038! Just not externally, HOWEVER, I CAN get to the server externally and email goes to the exchange server. I updated the firmware on the SonicWALL to the latest version yesterday, but it didn't help.

It just stopped working. Any ideas?

What does the Sonicwall show in its log when you try?

Have you recently upgraded the Sonicwall?

Have you recently enabled the Intrusion Detection or Application Firewall services? Could be that RDP is being trapped at th esame time as other Remote Control tools which have been deemed Invasive by default or by someone's policy setting?
