IP KVM for Cisco Console Access

I'm looking for an IP based KVM that will allow me to console into a cisco router and will also allow me reboot the router in case i want to do so. I know all of this can be accomplished through telnet access, but i need a hardware device capable of doing so as well. My budget is under $300 and i only need 1 ethernet and 1 console port on the device. Thanks!

That looks like it may work...

What about creating user accounts with different access priveledges?
On that device?  There is a web admin interface to control the device.

OR do you mean on the Console of the switch/router/etc...   That depends on the device and the IOS code ver...

Yes, 2 different networks.

I need to remotely control power to the devices as well.
To control power to the devices you'll need a PDU with that capability.

I use APC, http://www.apc.com/products/family/index.cfm?id=70

Lets me force a power cycle of a specific outlet; I think that's what you asked for.

I'm sure there are others out there.

Here is a device from Minicom Advanced Systems sold under 300$, its called PX Serial.. (part number 0SU70033) it has two LAN ports and a serial port to connect to the Cisco console port.

You can also create user accounts, IP access list, Email alerts (to notify you when someone access the console) etc..

Here is a link to the product user guide: http://www.minicom.com/support/pxserialuserguidea.pdf
