I have a sbs2003 server. Several outlook 2007 clients. One client is getting and autodicover ssl error when he opens outlook. I manually configured the outlook 2007 and he is the only one that is getting the error. Is there any simple way to turn off the auto discover and have the outlook 2007 client just resove the sbs exchange server as I originally configured?

You can't.
Outlook 2007 will attempt to do autodiscover at frequent intervals because that is what it is designed to do.
Most likely autodiscover.example.com (where example.com is the domain on the email address) resolves because of a wildcard on your DNS. Get your DNS changes to point it to 127.0.0.2 and then Outlook will be unable to connect.

Simon.
