Sonic Wall NSA 240 Questuons

I have purchased a SonicWall NSA240 and am trying to set it up, but I have a couple of questions.  At the moment, SonicWall tech support seems unreliable, so I am looking to this community for help.

1.  We are small Christian School with about 300 students.  Often times those students need to research topics the sonicwall will block.  Is there a way to easily, temporarily suspend the sonic wall filtering for a specific student?

2.  Guest accounts seem to be a possible solution.  However, I am having the sonic wall use the student active directory credentials to determine the level of filtering.  How do I trigger the log in screen so the student can use the guest account?  They have been already authenticated when they logged into the workstation?  Am I being clear?

Thank you.

I think you can find the configuration for guest account in the SonicOS Enhanced 5.1 Administrator's Guide PDF file.

I'll take a look as well at this PDF file and let u know if I can find anything useful.

Thanks for the reply.

I have the guide you mentioned above.  And it does a great job of telling you how to create it.  I have created the guest accounts.  But it does not tell you how to use it.

My students are logged onto the computer.  Active directory/Group policy on our windows 2000 server handles their local work station.  Sonic wall uses the LDAP/Active directory credentials and let's them go to the internet.

Basically, I want to over ride their normal filtering by having them use these guest accounts.  But I do not know how get them to log on to the sonic wall to use the guest account.

any ideas there?
