Change view in Activities

How can I change the All Activities and All Emails views to only allow a team to see them?  
Right now anyone in the company can see any email that has been sent or received even if it is confidential because everything is being tracked in CRM.  

I added a Team and shared the All Activities and All Emails views so that they would no longer be Public.  I opened what I thought were those views in Outlook and could still see all the messages.  How do I turn off ability to see them?
