Trouble with Outlook 2003 signature

Last Modified: 2012-05-07
My brothers desktop running XP and Office 2003 had 3 signatures that worked well for him for over a year.  It is his company logo and 4 lines of test.

There were many problems getting it to appear correctly with a small version of the logonot always appearing on screen or in the emails.

He recently got a major malware infection which required me reinstalling the OS and Office to get him functioning again.  Now the OL signatiures ar not working,  The graphic stopped appearing and when he tried to reply the text appeared in Blue like other reply text, this never happened before.

So what is the gold standard for creating signatures that will have three variations?

Thanks

Gary
