When your branch offices attempt to visit our website, they cannot. They get the cannot find server page. As far as the status bar: they only see "Connecting to 126.96.36.199"
Our corporate office where everything is hosted can get out to the internet fine and see the website. The branches can go to all websites, but not our locally hosted external site.
I believe its a DNS issue. I sat on the firewall log for a while, but came up short.
