How to configure Window 2008 as a RADIUS server

I am migrating our domain from Windows 2000 to Windows 2008. Our old domain controllers provide RADIUS authentication by way of IAS.
Can anyone tell me the required config settings for Windows 2008 NPS to accomplish this task - eg what role services do I need to install, what is a minimum configuration requirement?
This will be used to authenticate VPN users conencting to an ASA5510 as well as admins logging onto Cisco routers and switches.
