I have published AS 400 application. Its a emulator via Citrix and theres a Print Screen functionality in biult in that Emulator which I am not able to use when connected via citrix.<br />

All other hot keys are working fine just Shift and print Screen are not working. I dont want to Map it to something else as this is kinda confusing for all the users as they are used to print Screen.<br />

I am using Citrix 4.5 with Client version 11.0 on windows server 2003. I am using web client.
