I have a datetime like this:

isnull(cbc.Startdatetime,'')

this gives me 1900-01-01 but i want it to have blank instead of 1900..how can i do this?
Tried cast(isnull(cbc.Startdatetime,'') as varchar(20)) but no, this gives me Aug 28 2009
