Calendar Question

I have a user who created a bunch of meetings.  Below are the scenario of a few of them.  Any assistance would be great.

1.  User created meeting and sends out to people
     A.  People Accept & the meeting is on  (Meetings fine)
     B.  Now meeting shows as "Tenative" in the creators mail box
     C.  Now the meeting says the organizer is "mikej.nmwco.com on behalf of mike k"
            I..  How can he create a meeting on Behalf of himself?

2.  User created a meeting and sent it out to people.
     A.  People Accept & the meeting is on
     B.  Now meeting shows as "Tenative" in the creators mail box
     C.  On the confrence room the resourse is booked.
     D.  We deleted it from the Calendar and his mailbox
             I.  How do we get this meeting removed from everyone's calendar?

3.  User created a meeting and sent it out to people.
     A.  People Accept & the meeting is on
     B.  Now meeting shows as "Tenative" in the creators mail box
             I.  What happen here and how do we fix it?
