Help with a website contact form

hi.  I am working on a website and am very much a newbie.  I purchased a website template that i like, and i am working on it in WE 2.  My problem is that i am having trouble figuring out how to make the form submit to an email address on click.  The code i am working with is attached.
Where and what do i put in to make the form email itself to me?
