If all the router interfaces are operational and configured correctly. What is the impact of the configuration of R1 on router R2 accroding to the following attached picture?

Can someone tell me which answer is right, and why ?
1. Router R2 can not establish a neighbor relationship with R1
2. R2 has not a route for the directly connected serial network, but all other directly connected networks will be present, as well as the two Ethernet networks connected to R1
3. Router R2 is to get a complete routing table, including a default route, from R1
4. R2 can get OSPF updates from R1, but is unable to get a default route from R1
