Using SBS 2008 / Exchange 2007 / Google Postini messaging filter service. Clients using Outlook 2007. Blackberry is set to retrieve mail via Exchange/Outlook Web Access (ie, in Blackberry the email server is set as https://remote.mydomain.com/owa)

When one particular sender (and who knows if there are others) either sends and email or replies to a sent email from my client he GETS the message on his Blackberry but does NOT get it in his Outlook mailbox?!?

The message does not appear in Exchange trackings logs. It does not appear in Postini logs. The senders domain is also whitelisted in Postini system.

I can't understand how a message could make it to the Bberry and not show up in Outlook/Exchange.

Any ideas?
